November Drugstore Makeup Favorites// Most used products

I can’t believe we are at the end of November! Can’t we just slow down the time somehow? I am not just yet ready for the end of the year.

I have tested quite a bit of new drugstore products recently and discovered some really good ones that I reached out to a lot throughout this month. I won’t make this a long post, and will go straight to beauty business.

Covergirl Easy Breezy Volumizing Brow Gel. I heard good things about this product before purchasing. I believe it is quite new. This brow gel is tinted, has a small brush that makes application very precise and easy even for a beginner. The best part that I personalty loved was that it makes the brow hair stiff and it doesn’t budge the whole time till it is intentionally removed.

Australian Gold Botanical SPF 50 Tinted Face Lotion. This SPF was recommended to me by a friend of mine when I said I was looking for a good SPF to wear under makeup. It definelty didn’t disappoint. This is so light weight, easy to apply, and absorbs instantly. It works so well under makeup without piling. It leaves the skin very smooth, most days I even skip primer.

E.L.F.Cosmetics Cream Blush Palette. Guys, I was very impressed with this blushes. I always have been so sceptic about cream blushes because of my skin type. I used to think the product wouldn’t stay on my skin, may even run or smudge throughout the day. Well, well, well .. how about not at all. I was blown away. Now I just want to use it all the time, which I have been. It looks so natural and blends so easily. Color stays on the whole day ! If it is good for my skin type, I can imagine it would be even better for someone with dryer skin.

Physicians Formula The Healthy Foundation SPF 20 and The Healthy Powder SPF 16. These 2 products are simply great and work well with my oily/ combination skin. They both have been repurchased several times this year and still my favorites. Read the full blog post here.

Essence Lash Princess False Lash Effect mascara. I got this product for the experiment that I did few weeks ago (be subscribed to my blog so you won’t miss that post that’s coming soon). I have to say that the fact that this mascara is under $5 is mind-blowing! It is really good – separates the lashes, gives them nice length, doesn’t clump. The days that I wanted to have a bit more volume I used the volume lash primer and the mascara still looked ready good. I’d say, for me it is a dupe for the Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes mascara.

Revolution Highlight Reloaded Highlighter. The soft formula of this highlighter makes is so easy to apply it on the high points of your face and it looks so glowy with no effort. This formula is buildable if you wanted to bring it up a notch for a night out.

Milani Keep it Full Nourishing Lip Plumper in the shade Natural Luster. I haven’t tried Milani products in awhile and then one day I needed a lip gloss and picked this one up. If you ever tried Buxom lip plumping glosses, to me this Milani one is the dupe to them only with a slightly thinner consistency. The lipgloss gives a cooling effect to the lips which I personally enjoy. The formula is sheer even though in the tube it looks like it is more color saturated. I love the subtle shimmer that you don’t feel on the lips. There are many shades available, and any of them can be a beautiful topper for a lipstick.

Revolution Rose Quartz eyeshadow palette. This is my first palette from the Revolution brand and I am glad I got it. Read the full blog post here.
