Back in 2003 Biossance scientists began a project that would change the world. Inspired by innovative technology to make a positive impact on the world, the brand turned their knowledge into skin care.

Based on history of science and sustainability, the brand created skin care that is incredibly effective and safe without harming the environment or animals. The brand stands for making a difference for people’s health and the health of the planet.

The company is known for formulating clean, non-toxic skin care using the highest standards in the industry.

Before I share my experience with this beauty products, let’s make sure we understand what the terms like non-toxic, sustainable and affective mean.

What’s in the bag

Squalane + Peptide Eye gel has a lightweight formula. Absorbs rather quickly and leaves the gentle skin around the eyes very moisturized. Wears beautiful under makeup and helps with puffiness.

Squalane + Omega Repair cream is full of peptides and ceramics that help to hydrate, smooth and smooth the skin and lines. It is a heavier formula but absorbs into skin and leaves it very hydrated. Fragrance free. A little amount goes a long way.

Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil very lightweight formula. Fragrance free. Feels very light on skin and preferred to be used as a final step in the evening routine. It helps protect skin moisture loss during the day.

Squalane + Rose Vegan Lip balm is very comfortable on lips. Not sticky but very moisturizing. Has a very light rose scent.

Squalane + Vitamin C Rose mask contains 10% Vitamin C suspended in squalene it give a light tingling sensation in the skin upon application. If you haven’t tried stronger %% of Vitamin C, I recommend you do a patch test first if you decide to try this product. I have been using chemical exfoliators for several years and my skin is quite used to stronger products. This mask is gel to cream formula. I definitely noticed more even skin tine and brighter overall complexion.

Also in the set: makeup bag, reusable cotton wash discs, reusable metal straw, bamboo tooth brush.

I have used this products for 2 weeks and this is what happened ..

Since the day I received the package from the brand, I started using all products. I have to confess that I have never tried the skincare products of the complete clean beauty brand. This was the very first time I did the full routine consisting of all the clean products for 2 weeks (that’s how long all the sample sizes lasted me).

I have used eye and face cream twice a day, mask and oil once a day in the evening (that is what the company recommends under each products description). To get my honest opinion to you, I had to follow the instructions.

I have to say that the results were noticeable literally the first morning after ( I started using the products in the evening routine – you know, just in case). Taking into consideration that the formula of the face cream is comfortable but more on a heavier side, plus the face oil on top of it – I woke up with my skin looking moisturized and NOT oily. After seeing that result, I wore the cream that day under makeup to work. And to my surprise AGAIN – the makeup stayed, the skin didn’t get oily, pores didn’t get more visible ( these are usually the biggest concerns with any new products that I test).

So, I continued using the products till I finished them all…

The Final Thoughts

The fact that the results were noticable from the very first day was a bit mind blowing to me. My skin tone became more even and skin over all looked and felt less irritated. I didn’t get one single breakout during that time period. The pores on my T-zone appeared less visible.

The fact that my makeup also looked amazing and stayed put the whole day was a big plus.

The products that I got a chance to try are not cheap. But the results that I saw were pretty great. I would surely recommend you try this products if you are looking for clean beauty. Good skin care is an investment, specially the products that are made with clean, natural ingredients.
